8oz milk, ½ cup yogurt, ¼ cup blueberries, ¼ cup strawberries, ¼ cup blackberries and 1oz Appleways Granola Bites

Pat dry chicken with a clean paper towel and lightly season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet on medium-high heat carefully add oil and then the chicken, cooking for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

Carefully flip over chicken and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until the .internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds.

Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 1/8-inch pieces.

Wash and spin dry mixed greens.

Assemble as follows; 2 cups spring mix topped with .5oz shredded cheese, 1.5oz sliced chicken and 1.2oz Crave-N-Rave Peri Peri Cobbers as croutons. Apple sauce may be used as salad dressing.

Divide milk into (12) 8oz portions.
